** During the Months of JULY and AUGUST ONLY weekly rental is available.

DEPOSIT
Weekly Rental - Deposit of $200.00 (non- refundable) is required at time of reservation.
Nightly Rental - Deposit of $100.00 (non-refundable) is required at time
of reservation.
The Deposit will hold your reservation and will be applied to your balance. It is not refunable if you cancel or do not show up.
We will also ask for a seperate check in the amount of $100.00. This will be held as your damage deposit during your stay. It is refundable within a week of your departure.
Additional Deposit of $50.00 required for Dogs. (refundable w/in 1 week of check out)
