~DEPOSIT~

Weekly Rental - Deposit of $100.00 (non- refundable) is required at time of reservation.

Nightly Rental - Deposit of $100.00 (non-refundable) is required at time
of reservation.

The Deposit will hold your reservation and will be applied to your balance.  We will also ask for a seperate check in the amount of $100.00. This will be held as your damage deposit during your stay.  It is refundable within a week of your departure.  It is not refunable if you cancel or do not show up.


Additional Deposit of $50.00 required for Dogs. (refundable w/in 1 week of check out)

                             NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES!!!
